  1. The shame of Al Sharpton and other activists is not their activism. For that they could be applauded. The shame is the lack of integrity most social activists have. I remember well the Tawana Brawley affair. She is responsible for her lies. But she was 15 years old and reportedly scared to death of her stepfather — which may be the real story that should have been followed. You can never expect Sharpton, Obama [who is only a community organizer] or any other “activist” to admit a mistake, apparently.
