Obama uses “The Weekly Address” as a campaign opportunity

This video seems to be more of a campaign stunt instead of a video published by the POTUS.  Then again… we are talking about a man who is not legally holding the office of POTUS.  So I guess all rules/laws are thrown out the window in this case.  So sad…
